Shipping
Delivery time for each order will depend on the customer’s location.
- Standard shipping: 2 to 4 days for delivery.
- All rented bags will be documented through photos and videos, before and after a reservation. This way we guarantee their optimal condition and care.
Returns
- It is essential that all bags are returned on the initially agreed date, location, and time. If preferred, customers may return the item by visiting the shipping carrier office specified by Louer Collective.
- Each bag must be returned with all accessories provided at the time of rental, such as: care instructions, box, dust bag, and bag stuffing used to maintain its shape.
- If the return is not made on the agreed date, the corresponding amount for extra days will be charged to the payment method used for the initial purchase.
